The evening was a true feast for the senses, featuring a live DJ, caviar bumps from The Caviar Co., and sake tastings courtesy of Sake Ono. Guests indulged in a diverse array of food stations, from expertly crafted hand rolls to a sizzling charcoal grill station, and even a dedicated dessert room to satisfy every sweet tooth.
Adding to the significance of the occasion, Kenji Tominaga, son of the late Chef Ken Tominaga, was in attendance and delivered a heartfelt toast honoring his father’s legacy. The celebration was a testament to the strong community that has grown around PABU, as well as its commitment to excellence in Japanese cuisine and hospitality.
With ten years behind us, we look forward to many more, continuing to bring the spirit of the izakaya to San Francisco. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey—kanpai to the next decade!
