Chef Michael Mina brings the spirit of coastal Italy to Portland’s historic Heathman Hotel.

The MINA Group celebrates the opening of Bar Sprezzatura Portland, the second location of the Italian-inspired concept following its debut in San Francisco.

Located within the historic Heathman Hotel in downtown Portland, Bar Sprezzatura blends the lively spirit of an Italian bar with the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. Led by Executive Chef Justin Ramirez, the menu features cicchetti, house-made pastas, and seasonal dishes highlighting locally sourced ingredients, complemented by an extensive selection of spritzes, negronis, martinis, and Italian wines.

Inspired by the casual elegance of coastal Italy, Bar Sprezzatura offers a vibrant new destination for cocktails, dining, and gatherings in the heart of Portland.
