Bourbon Steak Los Angeles recently marked a decade of culinary excellence with an unforgettable evening at The Americana at Brand. This milestone celebration brought together longtime guests, devoted food lovers, and the Bourbon Steak team for an event filled with great food, live music, and a commitment to giving back.

Chef Michael Mina himself was in attendance, welcoming guests and sharing his passion for creating remarkable dining experiences. The evening featured a special menu showcasing Bourbon Steak’s signature dishes, alongside craft cocktails and exquisite wines. A live band set the tone for a vibrant night, making it a true celebration of everything that has made Bourbon Steak a fixture in the LA dining scene for the past ten years.

More than just a celebration, the event also had a meaningful purpose. Bourbon Steak partnered with the NEGU (Never Ever Give Up) Foundation, raising funds in support of their Joy Jars program, which brings comfort and encouragement to children battling cancer. Guests contributed to this incredible cause, reinforcing Bourbon Steak’s commitment to community and philanthropy.
