Located aboard Ilma, part of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Beach House by Michael Mina is an open-air retreat inspired by the bold, fire-born flavors of South and Central America. Adjacent to the yacht’s expansive pool deck, the restaurant showcases vibrant Pan-Latin dishes—from citrusy ceviches and chargrilled octopus to wood-grilled steaks and spiced lobster. A curated selection of tequilas, bold wines, and craft beers completes the experience on sun-soaked Deck 5.
