The Tour de Bardot Menu offers a decadent three-course experience, embracing French seasonal flavors. The journey begins with family-style starters, including options like Boudin Blanc with braised red cabbage and mustard jus, a crisp Garden Salad with fine herbs dressing, or Caviar Deviled Eggs topped with Petrossian caviar. The main course invites diners to choose three proteins, including Flounder and Pearls with champagne-caviar beurre blanc and Short Rib Bourguignon with root vegetables. The meal concludes with family-style desserts, like Pithivier and mini macarons.
