The Island Boil is a lively, beach-inspired feast blending the bold flavors of a traditional seafood boil with the vibrant spirit of the islands—paired with flame, cocktails, and ocean breeze.

Start the evening On Ice, with a raw bar selection of oysters with lilikoi mignonette, dashi-poached shrimp cocktail, and clams and mussels swimming in habanero fire water.

Head to the Binchotan Grill, where jumbo Kaua‘i prawns, roasted tako with andouille sausage, and charred Kona kampachi are kissed by flame and infused with miso butter and island aromatics.

At the heart of the celebration is the Island Boil itself: shrimp, crab, clams, mussels, and andouille sausage, all simmered in bang bang butter and served with corn ribs, seasoned rice, and hushpuppies.

Roll with it at the poke and hand roll station, featuring fresh local ahi with shoyu, sambal, and sushi rice.
