Sake + Ikebana Workshop (4/2)
Join us on Thursday, April 2nd for a one-hour immersion into the art of sake and Ikebana. Begin with a guided tasting led by sommelier Cody Gibson, exploring two distinct expressions of sake, before transitioning into a hands-on Ikebana workshop rooted in the Ohara school. Led by a local Japanese master, guests will learn the principles of balance, form, and seasonality while creating their own arrangement to take home. All materials included. The Pairing Room at Pabu: Louis XIII x Pabu x Hachidori Sake (4/17)
One night only. A limited-seat omakase experience celebrating the art of Japanese cuisine through the lens of champagne, sake, and Louis XIII. Designed as a rare convergence of craft and luxury, the evening culminates in a Louis XIII toast alongside the final course—an indulgent close to a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
