Frequently Asked Questions
Does everyone get accepted into the Ambassador program?
No. All applications are reviewed by our committee before acceptance into the Mina Ambassador program.
After I submit my interest, how long does the review process take?
Applications are reviewed by our committee on a weekly basis. Following the review, applicants can expect an update on their status or next steps within 7–10 business days.
After the event is completed, how long does it take for me to receive my reward?
After the event is paid in full, in-store dining credit will be issued within 48 hours. ACH deposits will be issued within 3 business days after being submitted and approved through the Ramp app.
What locations are part of the program?
Currently, STRIPSTEAK Waikiki and Bourbon Steak Los Angeles, with more locations to follow.
Is there a maximum limit on rewards?
No.
What qualifies as an event?
Any private dining event confirmed through your dedicated Ambassador link with a signed event contract and terms.
Will I get rewarded every time my guest hosts with you?
Yes. Rewards are valid for all events submitted through your Ambassador link.
Are there any restrictions on redeeming my dining credit?
Yes. Dining credits can be used for standard reservations only, for up to 6 guests. For special ticketed dinners, dining credits may be used for a maximum of 2 guests.
